Getting Started
Learn the basics of who we are, what we do, and how to sign up.
mailMymeds makes ordering medications online easy from start to finish. Find your medication, fill out our medical questionnaire to determine your eligibility, and have your medications shipped straight to your doorstep.
While anyone 18 years or older can use our services, not everyone will be eligible to have their medications prescribed in this manner. Due to the nature of our services, our partnering doctors must be extremely diligent when writing prescriptions to make sure medications are only prescribed when it’s appropriate and safe to do so. If your circumstances require an in person visit we’ll advise you of such and your consultation fee will be refunded.
mailMymed’s telemedicine platform allows you to get the same degree of professional care as a traditional doctor’s appointment, but completely online. No more waiting ages to get an appointment or worries about extra fees. Our partnering physicians need to ask you a series of medical questions to determine if it’s appropriate and safe to provide care, just like traditional doctor appointments. If it’s deemed appropriate, our partnering doctors can prescribe your medications.
No, our services do not replace your primary care physician (PCP). Our services are designed to work alongside your PCP, and you should keep your PCP up to date on all medications you’ve been prescribed through mailMymeds.
Yes. You must have seen a doctor within the last 3 years to use our services. If you haven't been to see a doctor within 3 years, you may not be a good fit for our services.

I understand that my order will be shipped from a participating mail order pharmacy. Doing so allows mailMymeds to guarantee lower pricing. I understand that I may choose to have my prescription filled by another pharmacy of my choosing, but that mailMymeds will not be able to guarantee lower pricing options.
Payment & Insurance
All you pay are your copays — we do the rest for free.
Insurance will not cover your $10 consultation fee. mailMymeds is cash-pay, meaning you’ll need to pay out of pocket. Regardless, many of our patients with insurance choose not to use it as it’s far more convenient and often less expensive than local pharmacies.
While we don’t accept returns or offer refunds, we’re determined to provide the best customer experience possible. If you ‘re not satisfied with our services, please call us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
